The untreated oak wood is carefully finely sanded and has a residual moisture content of less than 8%. This means that the rods are dimensionally stable, warp-resistant and ready for immediate use. The high durability and natural resistance to fungal attack and insects make oak one of the most durable woods for indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to the untreated surface, the round strips can be individually stained, varnished or oiled to match the desired style or colour.
