Ergonomic, highly impact-resistant handle made of knot-free white beech wood. High-alloy WS steel with the highest cutting durability. 3/4 of the blade forged on HCr 59-61 - extra strong and long blade, forged in a die, finely ground and specially heat treated. Razor-sharp edge, pre-sharpened for optimal and easy woodwork.
