Fehlende Schrauben
Die Knöpfe sind hochwertig und preislich völlig ok. Leider wurden nur 3 von 10 Schrauben mitgeliefert. Der Kundenservice war freundlich und hat schnell nachgeliefert. Hier war nun die Hälfte der Schrauben kürzer als die anderen, so dass sie nun auch nicht passen.Leider kann ich mich den vielen Rezensionen diesbezüglich daher nur anschließen. Einfach nervig!
Griffe sind in Ordnung, allerdings braun und nicht silber.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, waren die unverschämten Versandkosten. Inzwischen wurden sie anscheinend schon reduziert, aber ich habe noch für sechs Möbelknöpfe in einen nicht mal A4 großen Warenversand-Umschlag aus Pappe 7,40 gezahlt.
