Delivery time

You will find exact delivery time details on the individual product pages. The delivery time abroad (outside the EU) is usually no more than seven working days. The delivery period begins after receipt of payment. If payment is made in advance, the period begins on the next working day after receipt of payment. Packaging and ENVIRONMENT:

The majority of our parcel shipments are again overpacked with a neutral shipping box for better protection. Unless the manufacturer's packaging is already suitable for parcel shipping. For environmental reasons, we have decided to use only recycled tamping paper for the transport-safe backfilling. In addition, we also recycle functional old packaging and stuffing materials (paper, foils, etc.) from our suppliers. This way we can make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection!

Packaging and transport damage:

We generally ship in proper cardboard packaging. If you nevertheless notice obvious damage to the packaging when accepting the delivery, you must note this on the delivery note of the parcel service. For example, with "Packaging damaged - acceptance with reservation". Only then can we claim compensation for transport damage from the carrier. If it is already clear when you receive a damaged package that the goods are also damaged, please do not accept the delivery and note "Packaging and goods damaged - package not accepted" on the delivery note. In any case, please inform us immediately by email or telephone so that we can jointly determine the further course of action.
