How can I return an item?

(1) You have the right to return the goods within thirty days without giving any reason.

(2) The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces.

We will refund the purchase amount within 48 hours of receipt (to our main warehouse) of your return. The refund will be made via the payment method selected at the time of ordering.

To make the return:

1. Place the item together with the invoice in the package. Please make sure that the item is securely packed and that the package is carefully taped shut.
2. Stick the return label on the package.
3. Please make sure to stamp the parcel sufficiently (freight collect parcels will not be accepted).
4. Post the return. We ask you to send the packages sent to our German return address exclusively with the service provider of DHL, all others will not be accepted.
5. We will refund the purchase amount within 48 hours of receipt of the package. The refund will be made via the payment method selected when placing the order.

Please also note that it can take 5-10 days for the goods to arrive at the main warehouse in Austria. Only then will you be refunded the purchase amount within 48 hours.
